Agility Solutions Supports KeyOn Communications’ Growth in 2006

Bob Handell, Chief Operating Officer and a founder of KeyOn Communications, serving markets in Nevada, Idaho, Colorado and Iowa, says, “The company is growing very fast, and is in the process of doing some acquisitions. By the end of 2006 we expect to have about ten times as many subscribers as we had entering the year, through organic growth and acquisitions.”

Handell indicates that KeyOn’s relationship with financing and leasing provider Agility Solutions has “significantly enhanced the cash flow of the company. By utilizing Agility’s lease program, we are able to spread the cost of the customer premises equipment (CPE) over a certain number of months into the future. So, we pay for the CPE as we receive the monthly recurring revenue from our subscribers.”

Hal Hayden, VP of Operations for Agility Solutions, says that they first handled an order with KeyOn in the fall of 2005. “KeyOn already had their own sources of equipment, but in a situation where a certain component was in short supply, Agility was able to help them find the part from another supplier.” Hayden says “KeyOn has a great business model, and we’re glad to be part of their success.”
