Dynamic Broadband

Dynamic Broadband, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, provides broadband wireless services to primarily business customers in 15 cities across Iowa. "Our needs were preserving equity capitalization as we grew the company. We were looking to grow the company through network expansion, increasing capacity on the network, and through acquisition" said Mike Brown, President of Dynamic Broadband.

"The capital leasing provided to us by Agility Solutions has allowed us to accomplish these goals. We’ve been able to expand our network to underserved areas in and around our current markets adding over 100 additional new customers over the last three quarters. We would not have been able to do this without the financing options through Agility. We have also been able to upgrade our network, allowing us to continue to sell larger and larger business customers. Our capital lease arrangements allowed us to upgrade the network in our biggest market where we have installed a Licensed 600 Mbs self-healing ring around the city. Larger sales generated from this network have helped push our overall customer ARPU (average revenue per customer) to over $80 per customer per month. Lastly, Agility assisted us with necessary capital leasing that made the potential acquisition of a neighboring WISP not only possible, but a great addition to our company and growth plans".

Dynamic Broadband Chosen Iowa Communications Company of the Year

Last night in Des Moines, the Technology Association of Iowa (www.technologyiowa.org) awarded Dynamic Broadband their “Communications Company of the Year” award.  500 people attended the event.  The award is a tribute to the hard work of Mark Lundy (our CTO) over the last couple of years getting our network to “Carrier Standard”, and the work of our other employees who take care of the network and customers on a daily basis.
